Impact

Commercial agriculture with measurable social, environmental and economic outcomes.

This is more than a farm. It is a regional transformation platform designed to create jobs, improve food availability, strengthen local supply chains, support smallholders, transfer agricultural skills and demonstrate that regenerative agriculture can be commercially disciplined and socially catalytic.

Programme targets

Outcomes we intend to measure, report and improve

Our impact framework avoids generic sustainability language in favour of quantified, evidence-ready outcomes.

Impact themes

Six themes, each with a measurement approach

Hover over each theme to see how we intend to measure progress.

Food Security

Increasing domestic production of staple and high-value crops to reduce import dependency.

How we measure:Tonnes produced, crop mix, domestic market supply volumes.

Employment

Creating direct farm jobs, logistics jobs, supplier opportunities and youth employment pathways.

How we measure:Permanent jobs, seasonal jobs, youth participation, supplier contracts.

Smallholder Development

Helping local farming families move from subsistence production into structured commercial value chains.

How we measure:Smallholders onboarded, buy-back volumes, income growth indicators.

Climate Resilience

Building drought-aware, irrigation-supported and soil-conscious production systems.

How we measure:Hectares under irrigation, water-use efficiency, drought-tolerant seed adoption.

Market Access

Connecting Cunene production to Luanda, regional markets and export routes.

How we measure:Offtake agreements, logistics capacity, cold-chain utilisation.

Knowledge Transfer

Training farmers and workers in sustainable, commercial and technology-enabled agriculture.

How we measure:People trained, certification rates, adoption of improved practices.

The virtuous cycle

Breaking the cycle of poverty and low productivity

The platform shifts the local system from a cycle of poverty, hunger, low productivity and resource pressure toward a virtuous cycle of investment, employment, productivity, income growth, food security and resilience.

01

Investment

Disciplined capital builds productive assets.

02

Employment

Jobs and supplier income flow into communities.

03

Productivity

Skills, irrigation and inputs raise yields.

04

Income growth

Stable offtake makes household income predictable.

05

Food security

More local food reaches domestic markets.

06

Resilience

Communities and ecosystems withstand shocks.

Reporting approach

Evidence-ready reporting from day one

Impact claims are only as strong as the evidence behind them.

We are building measurement into operations: hectares prepared, hectares under irrigation, tonnes produced, jobs created, smallholders contracted, training participants certified, women and youth reached, storage capacity installed, yield improvements, water efficiency and food supplied to domestic markets.

As the platform matures, a KPI dashboard will give investors and partners transparent, regular visibility of progress against targets.

Quantified outcomes

Every theme is paired with defined metrics.

Verification-ready

Data structured for independent review.

Regular reporting

Investor and stakeholder reporting cycles.
